WHAT WE DO
One Team. One Process. OneBuild.
FEASIBILITY & DESIGN
We start by evaluating your property’s zoning, setbacks, utilities, and site conditions. We provide a clear picture of what's possible and what it will cost. You’ll receive a feasibility report tailored to your lot, lifestyle, budget, and goals.
PERMITTING & PROJET MANAGEMENT
Our team handles permitting, approvals, and coordination with local building departments across the Hudson Valley. We keep your project compliant and on schedule so you never navigate complex regulations alone.
TRANSPARENT PRICING
We help you identify and evaluate prefab ADU options that fit your lot, budget, and goals. Your ADU is built off-site by our prefab partners and installed on-site by licensed contractors. Your new space arrives on time, on budget, and built to last.
KNOW BEFORE YOU BUILD
The first step is knowing what your property can support.
Most ADU projects don't fail during construction. They fail before it starts — on a septic system that can't support an additional unit, a setback that eliminates the buildable area, or a zoning rule the building department reads differently than the next town over.
The OneBuild Feasibility Study is a written, site-specific assessment of your property. We review your zoning, setbacks, septic capacity, utility access, and site constraints, then deliver a written report with a realistic picture of what's buildable, what it will cost, and what the path forward looks like.
You get a document you can act on. Not a sales pitch. A real answer about your specific property.
This is how serious projects start.
