Your unit is built off-site in a controlled factory environment — faster than site-built construction, with tighter quality control and fewer delays.

6. Site Preparation
Foundation, utilities, and access are prepared while your unit is being manufactured.

7. Home Delivery, Literally
You’re ready for installation. Your completed unit is delivered and we coordinate the installation and manage the final inspections.

8. Final Touches
We ensure everything is perfect inside and out. Then, you get your keys!
